 Jason N. Bauer has been with Bauer Law Office for over a decade. His emphasis is on criminal law and a majority of his cases include DWIs and Assault charges. After completing his BA at the University of Minnesota, he received his law degree from Hamline University School of Law. He then studied trial techniques at the Weston Trial Advocacy Institute in Wyoming with noted nationally recognized criminal defense attorney Gerry Spence.
He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice. As a recent graduate of the technical training course, he is a certified technician on the intoxilyzer (Minnesota's alcohol testing machine).
Mr. Bauer has experience in jury trials having argued before Judges all over the State of Minnesota advocating and obtaining acquittals in Felony and Misdemeanor matters. He is an aggressive advocate for individuals defending their innocence against the State and looks forward to the challenge.
